​it's shocking that in a 1st world country nearly 50 million people in america are hungry.   it’s inconceivable that while millions go hungry, we are wasting about 96 billion pounds of food each year.   together, we can reduce both waste and hunger by connecting businesses that have surplus with non profits and the families, children and homeless that go hungry everyday.   we will do all of the work…businesses simply need to contact us.   we take the responsibility and the liability.

MOST OF US TAKE IT FOR GRANTED THAT WHEN WE FEEL HUNGRY WE CAN EAT.   BUT EVERY DAY MILLIONS OF PEOPLE AND CHILDREN DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO EAT AND DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY TO BUY FOOD.  THEY STAY HUNGRY.  AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY GET SICK EASILY, THEY DON’T HAVE ENERGY, THEY ARE NOT AS PRODUCTIVE, THEY CAN’T STUDY, THEY DON’T DO WELL IN SCHOOL OR AT WORK, AND YES…THEY SUFFER FROM MALNUTRITION.  SOME EVEN TURN TO DRUGS TO AVOID THE PANGS OF HUNGER.

The numbers of hungry in america are staggering!  Nearly 50 million people ...including 16 million children... struggle with hunger.  While $165 BILLION in food is wasted!  If markets, restaurants and companies knew that they could donate food under the Bill Emerson Act...we could feed millions of hungry children and families!
